Service Scope and Scheduling

Electrical services are performed according to approved estimates, scope details, and applicable local codes. Appointment times are scheduled in good faith and may be adjusted due to emergency calls, weather, site readiness, or supply chain delays.

Payment Terms

Payment is due per the terms listed in your estimate or invoice. Deposits may be required for larger projects or special-order materials. Final payment is due upon substantial completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Permits, Access, and Safety

Where required, permits and inspections are handled according to the agreed project scope. The client is responsible for providing reasonable access to the work area and disclosing known site hazards. We reserve the right to pause work if unsafe conditions are present.

Warranty and Limitations

We stand behind our workmanship under the warranty terms provided with your service documents. Warranty does not cover misuse, third-party modifications, pre-existing concealed conditions, or normal wear. Liability is limited to the value of the services provided, to the extent allowed by law.
